"Could you please tell mr james marinaro that we are still waiting for the payment that he owed me for the 3 siding jobs that I did for him in st paul MN. on 2008 He is a thief. I'm going to publish the invoices signed by him saying that he will pay when money is available from customers.

I had to put a lien at one of the house, that is not fair for customers who pay for the job when is completed. but that is the last resourse that we have, when we face a thief like mr james marinaro at marinaro construction thief llc"
